Job content

We are looking for a Project Assistant to management Mobile Phone’s Testing management, Test Schedule management, Tracking Issues, etc. Co-work with Test Team Leaders for client’s mobile phone project.

Onsite Google Banqiao Office

Responsibilities:

1. Test Task management (mobile phone testing)

2. Test schedule management

3. Tracking opened issues

4. Support tasks assigned by Google project managers

5. Maintain bug tracking database

6. Provide input for process improvement in streamlined procedures, accurate data and high quality client service

7. Coordinate and perform a variety of activities involved in the collection, documentation and cleaning of test related information

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with major in EE or CS is a plus

2. 1 -3 years project management related experience

3. Excellent Communication in English & Mandarin.

4. Familiar with bug tracking system is a plus, etc.

5. Good at coordination with stakeholders.

6. Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities

7. Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional QA Team Leaders, members and client

8. Soft Skills: Good listener, positive attitude, sense of humor, open minded, respect, patience, resolving issues, etc.

9. Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

10. Patience to detail, Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

11. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

12. Can work under pressure

13. Coordinate events to disseminate information to the community

14. Working location: may adjust to Xindien per Google’s request

15. Working permit and Mandarin ability are required with foreigner
