Job Title

Product Test Engineering Manager

Job Location

Zhubei City, Taiwan

Major Responsibilities

• Manage product test engineering including NPI activities to manufacturing release

• Define and execute on product charterization plans

• Initiate and drive DFT and test coverage activites

• Yield analysis and enhancement. Root cause analysis.

• Drive “0” PPM • Manage Test/ATE and Test sub-con activities

• Implement best pratices to our day to day test operations

• Support customer and RMA issues with e-FA

• Qualification and release to production

• Work with systems engineers, application engineers and marketing to prepare datasheets, application notes and assisting in the definition of the product to meet customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years product & test engineering, or related work experience

• Preferred candidates with a Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering

• Hands-on experience in bringing VLSI SoC products from NPI into high volume production manufacturing

• Working knowledge of DFT, DFM, ATE, and silicon debug

• Familiarity with fab process, assembly, reliability test, and failure analysis

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Good documentation and communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others in a distributed environment with engineers in several locations.
