Production Scheduling Planner (OSAT)

Job content

• Review Business line Demand to identify constraints per Corporate overall Need and initiate/starts discussion with subcon on required Assembly/Test capacity expansion per Business line Demand
• Negotiates to secure capacity allocation, identify Gaps according to OSAT planning demand signal
• Assure attention given to critical devices and escalate as needed
• Ensure Starts compliance of committed lot starts
• Communicate for fast tracks request
• Ensure On-Target-Demand met
• Hold/Ageing Lots: Drive subcon on MFG hold lots. Close loop with OPS team on engineering hold lots
• Expired/Liable Materials - Manage expired materials for buy back
• Capacity Mode - Review/create Capacity model for selected sites
• Work with subcon to secure sufficient materials is available highligthed by PL/Engineering team while qualification is on-going
• Generate Weekly report for demand linearity
  
  

• More than 5 Years experience with Planning related jobs for semicon Industry
• Bilingual capability
• Can work independently with great sense of urgency and accountability
