• PTS(Probe To Ship) yield enhancement to meet BP/LPI target
• PTS detractors debugging and improvement actions control
• Burn quality ARH/ABI/ABL monitoring, debug and improvement
• module HMB1/QMON dpm improvement
• Product grade improvement
• RMA handling and drive CAPA improvement
• product reliability improvement
• New product qualification
• Qual/QS sample health monitoring and tracking
• Fab ISPEC/ESPEC equivalency improvement(MSSR)
• Wafer outgoing inspection handling and engineering improvement
