• Master’s degree in Engineering and/or business administration.
• 5 years of experience in a large, global company.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be the operations leader to launch product lines with emphasis on development activities and ensure transition to production within quality, cost, and capacity parameters. In this role, you will be the primary manufacturing interface to the Development team and other Operation teams. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built per Google Nest’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team responsible for performing the program management functions for Google Cloud Platform new product introductions, and product lifecycle management in server, storage, and networking products.
• Define team strategy and translate into objectives to align with roadmap and the department’s goal. Assess and manage the team’s performance through regular staff meetings, one on one’s, and quarterly assessments.
• Manage communication of progress/status with customers and partner groups in the US, and manage relationships between cross-functional teams and ODM/CM partners.
• Provide program management leadership throughout the product life-cycle, drive early engagement, identify gaps, and drive improvements in processes, products, and suppliers.
• Influence decision making with an executive level audience.
