Supermicro Computer is looking for an experienced Product Manager in data center life cycle management skills to drive a new cloud based product offering. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, server system management and Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure framework .

The applicant must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate verbally/written in both Mandarin and English - Collaborate with Sr Product Manager, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership

- Communicate with customers, technical questions/concerns

- Work with sales and Solution Architects to visit with customers and understand technical requirements

- Collaborate with development team to drive end-user stories

- This position will require travel; periodically visit with customers and attend trade shows

Qualification:

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with at least 5-7 years hands-on experience in data center/server related fields

2. Strong worling knowledge of Redfish, Swordfish and Intel RSD framework.

3. In-depth knowledge of disaggregated infrastructure constructs.

4. Strong knowledge of BaaS, MaaS, IaaS

5. Deep understanding of day 1 and day 2 Data Center operations

6. Exceptional communication and presentation skill is a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback.

7. Working knowledge of Container technology (Kubernetes/Docker), ELK, and Elastic search methodologies would be a strong asset.

8. Understanding of Angular, JSON and Java would be an asset.
