What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, execute Color+Body+Toiletries category brand strategy and corporate commercial marketing plan, balance Global/Lead marketing strategy and ensure the commercial marketing plan meet Avon Taiwan market demand & Avon Taiwan representative needs, to achieve business growth on part of market trend and achieve margin target.

Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Field activation) to improve brand top-of-mind awareness and market penetration expansion.

Establish and drive an excellent Metrix operation and process with regional and local partners, ie. NPD team, supply chain, sales and Finance through DR / SR process.

Incorporate the cross category resource to develop external communication plan.
