KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Global product line management of product roadmap, product marketing and Ewellix

positioning.

• Strategic business – develop & deploy activities to gain market penetration for pricing,

revenue and margin gain.

• Responsible for marketing and communication for product line including strategy and execution.
• Monitor Opportunity funnel with CRM tool and support our sales.
• New business project; NMO, NCO development and launch.
• Contribute in cross product line initiatives managed by group stakeholders.

MAIN TASKS

1. Strategic business – research and formulate

• Data driven strategies for business growth in “Where to Play”and “How to grow” on product offer (NMO/ NCO) and market launch.
• Market research & analysis of competition, new development/ product, future trends.
• Make proposals for new market launch of new product (NMO, NCO ).

2. New business development, launch & closure

• Capture and coordinate request between sales (int/ ext), AE, CS & PD.
• Oversee development and communication of key sales projects NMO, NCO.
• Alignment & support group global strategy between Ewellix group sales ESC and MU
• Marketing and communication department.
• Identify-develop-execute-gauge market communication strategy for maximum impact & value for money.
• Oversee marketing and promotional show, materials and activities; exhibition, show and customer rapport.

3. Product line management

• Product road map and life cycle management.
• Monitor key account & growth opportunity.
• Sales planning coordination, focus interest of key OEM, KAM and ESC with maximum return to group.

Education Background

• minimum Bachelor degree or above.

Language:

• Fluent communication in Mandarin and English.

Experience:

• Above 10 years in Sales & Marketing including 5 years management role.

Professional skills:

• Business acumen, Marketing execution & Communication, Strategic thinking/planning. PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
