Come join an international team and learn from seasoned developers and designers to explore new product ideas! In addition to our popular PicCollage app, we are experimenting with new ideas and building a variety of new exciting products related to assisted creativity and collaboration.As a Product Lead at the PicCollage Company, you will lead product discovery and product development as part of our“Explore” team. Your challenge is to seek out opportunities and work with our developers and designers to try out new concepts, build prototypes and develop new products that can grow into our next big products. Some areas that we are currently excited about include Generative AI, AI-powered Video Editing Apps, Better Tools for Remote Work, and Web-based Editing Tools.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and other Directors to discuss and decide on product strategy
• Run experiments using mockups and prototypes to explore different product concepts
• Guide the team to build and iterate the product through learning from users.
• Use innovative approaches to grow users and eventually grow revenue

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of products and users
• Excellent English skills to market to English-speaking audiences
• Highly creative and able to thrive in uncertain situations
• Has led consumer-facing products targeting global markets
• Has hands-on experience in developing and launching new products.

• Has creative or artistic interests
• Has domain expertise in areas such as photo/video, machine learning, and remote collaboration
• Deeply understands user behavior in one or more of our target regions(e.g. North America, Europe, Japan)
• Has good analytical skills and organizational skills
