Product Development Manager

We are looking for a TVS Product Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Design the structures of required devices to match, or outperform, the performance of the competitors’ products in the market.
2. Propose the new device ideas to continuously drive for better performance or lower cost.
3. Work with wafer fab to develop the required process platforms for TVS products.
4. Work with PM to define the objective datasheet of new products.
5. Coordinate with Engineering teams in the wafer fab and assembly site for the generation of the prototype and qualification samples.
6. Characterize the wafers and finished parts to ensure the samples meet the requirements in the objective datasheet.
7. Work with PM & Product Engineer to draft the preliminary datasheet.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related.
2. More than 10 years of working experience in TVS product development.
3. Chinese Native and fluent English.
