Process Supervisor

The incumbent is responsible to assist Plant Manager and Quality manager to monitor performance of Alltech production line and recommend improvements and to direct Alltech expansion project.Summary Of Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Cooperate with quality technicians under quality manager’s supervision to ensure that all process tasks are performed.
• Liaise with manufacturing and technical professionals in the design and implementation of operating standards on quality requirement, production process, and process flow.
• Supervises daily activities of production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
• In consultation with other professionals to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and are controlled properly.
• Identify area to be improved and coordinate/lead/implement the improvement projects on productivity, cost reduction, line efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work with Alltech team in business growth initiatives to deliver Alltech performance goals, as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of process engineering or lab experience.
• Advanced research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize both external and intra-company research material into concise, impacting, proposals for effective presentations to management. Works systematically with methodology.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in both English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
• Ability to work proactively and independently without frequent supervision, ability to identify and help solve problems.
• Living in Kaohsiung area.
