Job content

• Cooperate with the global team to introduce new products, new processes, new equipment and new raw materials into mass production.
• Evaluate of process equipment or technical capabilities required for new products.
• Root cause analyze and to solve the quality issue by optimizing process parameters.
• Establish and maintain operating standards on both software & hardware for production process.
• Establish and maintain BOM, bill of materials.
• Review customer requirements and specifications to manage engineering and technical documents.
• Review and develop safety standards for chemical raw material storage and use, and develop of safety process.
• Coach and develop talents
• Other tasks as requested by Management.
