QUALIFICATION PROFILE

• This engineer will respond to preventive maintenance and configurations, which many impact product performance, inventory maintenance of components or parts, diagnosis of facility interruptions and troubleshoot of equipment malfunctions, minimization of downtime for metallization tools through working with other process engineers and other labs’ leaders
• This position is required to ensure the highest safety principle in place
• Moreover, this person needs to plan to upgrade existing metallization and inspection tools to meet customers’ requirements
• Utilize basic electrical/mechanical assembly skills in assigned assembly tasks of semiconductor or PCB tools
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering field
• Minimum of 3 years of process a engineering, and/or application engineering experience
• Experience in maintenance of equipments, training for users through equipment manuals or SOP in the field of semiconductor and PCB
• Proven track record of supporting multiple projects in parallel
