  • Job Description
  • Support ink dispensing process development & new facilities evaluation to enhance lab process capability for UV curable ink development.
  • Support develop new methodology to simulate customer issue for new product development.
  • Help to develop internal test methods including resistance test, reliability test, adhesion test, peel strength to accelerate UV adhesive development and strengthen lab capability.
  • Establish processing standard through identifying monitor items and set up maintenance plan to ensure overall testing data quality.
  • Ability to respond quickly and prioritize activities to meet a changing schedule.
  • Responsible for training research assistant and/or chemist on laboratory equipment and testing methodology.
  • Job Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or above in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in ink dispensing technology such as inkjet, aerosol jet, and electrohydrodynamic (EHD) jet printing is a defined advantage.
  • Experience in display industry is a plus.
  • Experience in UV curing, moisture curing or UV-moisture curing resins is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and work with multi-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Be able to travel within Asia.
