About Our Client

Job Description

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in defining the maintenance strategy for Process Control Technology.
• Conduct DCS training for new and existing employees, ensuring the effectiveness of the training program through regular re-training sessions.
• Support capital investment projects and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) improvement initiatives on-site, leveraging PCT knowledge and experiences.
• Define the scope and ensure technical acceptance of plant modifications, focusing on reliability, product quality, and control performance.
• Maintain and safeguard the standards of as-built plant documentation in the area, including critical equipment, instrument, safety PM/PdM compliance documentation, and control system configuration.
• Ensure legal and corporate compliance of PCT installations, being accountable for adherence to regulations.
• Ensure the safe and efficient implementation of PCT installations and practices, incorporating modern technology for technological advancements.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Holds a BS degree or higher in Electrical (Electronic) Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Brings a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in industrial plant settings.
• Demonstrates expertise in equipment, piping, process design, and proficiency in managing capital projects.
• Possesses in-depth experience in process control technology, with specific knowledge in Instruments, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and a significant advantage in DCS.
• Exhibits strong self-motivation, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal issues. Willingness to train and support others.
