JR25598 Principal RTL Design Engineer, ASIC SoC

s a SoC design engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for SSD controller SoC design, verification and validation. You will need to work with IP team, FPGA team, verification team, FW team and physical design team to tackle different kind of issues. Following are the job requirements and contents.

• Familiar with bench bring up using HAPS and general silicon bring up working with FW teams
• Familiar with general SoC components like CPU, fabric, security, PCIe and DDR.
• Able to handle RTL subsystems and/or top level SoC RTL for multiple projects.
• Work with chip architect to understand architecture concept and high level requirements
• Convert chip spec to RTL using internal and external IPs
• Support verification team to devise appropriate test plans and verification strategy
• Familiar with RTL databased management, RTL partitioning, 3rd IP integration, LINT, DFT, UPF and synthesis.
