Then you might be the Pre-installation Document Controller we are looking for at Vestas Taiwan.Region APC > Construction Offshore APAC > Project Planning & CoordinationResponsibilitiesThe Pre-Installation Document Controller manages the contractual document streams related to Pre-installation and manages the filing solutions such as database structure and archiving.The Pre-Installation Document Controller Is Responsible The FollowingThe Pre-Installation Document Controller is in charge of the main component data and for submitting relevant documents to the Project team, such as collecting, compiling, and presenting the as-built documentation.
  • Defining and collecting site specific documentation
  • Collecting, structuring and updating as-built and site documentation
  • Handing over of documentation to Project team
  • Securing traceability for all pre-installation documentation handed over to Project team
  • Securing that all project-specific technical documentation are in place, filled in, and stored correctly
  • Training the Pre-installation project team in awareness of as-built documentation traceability
  • Maintaining the Pre-installation SharePoint site
Qualifications
  • Graduated in science, engineering or relevant
  • Experience in a position with similar responsibilities
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Contractual understanding
  • SAP and SharePoint knowledge is a bonus
Competencies
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Good communication skills as you will communicate with stakeholders within both construction, sales, service and management as well as suppliers and partners.
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity to commercial and administrative topics
  • Customer oriented
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Good at planning, organization and coordination
  • Good sense of responsibility and sound judgement
  • Analysis, detail oriented and accurate
