What We Offer

Major tasks:

• Study projects as directed to adapt the installation for new products, new recipients or new legislation.
• Propose improvements and modifications in order to improve plant (Le. Process efficiency, yield, utilities, quality consistency etc.)
• Engineer and design plant improvements and modifications within defined parameters.
• Advise management and implement requirements and guidelines in the field of process safety and engineering.
• Analysis of production performance
• Collecting and listing all plant improvement initiatives. Checks the proposal on completeness and assesses the quality of the data.
• Execution of RCA’s in plant if needed.
• Developing solutions for improvement opportunities.

Focal point for coordination with Plant chemist and Process control engineer and production supervisor

Qualifications:

• BS degree or above in chemical engineering, or other technical-related majors.
• Chemical or Industrial Engineer.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing-related positions. Board knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience in operating chemical equipment.
• DCS operation experience a plus.
• Boiler operation experience a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reliability methods and techniques, and best practices (including but not limited to the chemical process, material property, safety systems, control systems, process analyzer technology and advanced process control.)
