Job Description

As OMT Quality/ YE _RDA_NPI SR MGR, you will be responsible for new tech-node RDA related technical transfer and new RDA system evaluation, develop inline visibility to support cycle of learning and drive IDL to meet TTMCY target.

Responsibility

• Manage, measure and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are met.
• Responsible for Yield 5 bucket _defect bin owner and collaborated with OMT PEE/ME IDL TMs to drive IDL program meet company goal
• Collaborated with TD, supplier and cPIE to develop inline defect visibility and built-up BKM of new technology
• Work with TD for new RDA tool evaluation and MOR adjustment
• Work with QE on possible containment of key issues to ensure Quality products are shipped out.
• Work with Suppliers to generate yield solutions so as to hit yield goals.
• Identify and explore new methods of analysis and automation to increase productivity for TM.
• Manage training program and successor supportive plan for organizational development
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management or equivalent level of experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and RDA related know-how.
