  • Identify and implement learnings from phase 1 into the program for phase 2
  • Prepare risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Prepare progress reports on finance, risk, safety, progress for internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities and apply continuous improvement methodology throughout the project

Whilst on this initial project, the reporting line will be direct to the WTG Package Manager, whilst having support from BPP global function.

Furthermore, the customer is preparing for future projects in the same geographical areas, where assistance is required in the bidding process, leading up an expansion of the portfolio.

This includes future project tasks such as:

  • Plan and execute technical concept development and assessment
  • Manage project envelope and support environmental impact assessment
  • Prepare ITT material together with package manager and procurement team
  • Prepare notes and presentations to internal/external stakeholders, in order to inform status, forward strategies and key decision making

  • Participate in various workshops and meetings in the project- and wider customer organisation in order to discuss risk/opportunities and exchange information

During the preparation phase for these projects, the reporting line will be to the BPP T&I Bid manager, until post-FC handover to WTG Package Manager. Again, supported by the wider BPP organization to ensure successful delivery.
