About The Company

Our client is looking for an Office Manager for their Taiwan branch taking care of coordinating all the activities between the factory in China and their overseas customers.

About The Job
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and presentations; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Staff Manager.
  • Knowledge of Office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people-skills and leadership qualities
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or more
  • English fluency is mandatory
Benefits Mon-Fri, standard business hours. No overtime expected.

Competitive base salary + 13-month salary
