Responsibilities:

Office administration:

  • Mail monthly bills to 3rd party accountant.
  • Mail all employees’ expense reports to 3rd party accountant.
  • Assist to order the dinner for employee(s) plan to work overtime.
  • Purchase food, drinks and milk in kitchen room, office stationeries and lighting tube.
  • Tidy away lab and office commodities.
  • Handle package delivery.
  • Contact vendors for new equipment order / equipment fix.
  • Work with HQ HR for the specific activities if required.
  • Take care green plants making the office vigorous.
  • Assist on the office re-layout if required.
  • Schedule team’s outdoor activities ; hotel booking for visitors.

Part time as 14:00 ~ 19:00 could be good enough to handle the office affairs below.

Requirements:

Personal skills:

  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • Familiar with MS applications, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
