• Develop visually appealing and interactive designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas that align with clients’ marketing objectives.
• Create compelling and user-friendly UI/UX designs, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal user experience.
• Design and produce eye-catching digital banners, email templates, and online advertisements to support marketing campaigns.
• Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with clients and account managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
• Optimize graphics and assets for various devices and screen sizes to ensure consistent and responsive design across platforms.
• Implement interactive elements such as animations, videos, and interactive infographics to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and functionality of designed elements.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring constant improvement and innovation in the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in creating brand guidelines and design templates to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• +4 years of experience as an Interactive Graphic Designer or a similar role within the marketing and advertising industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a diverse range of interactive projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for designing digital experiences.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience in creating responsive design layouts and familiarity with mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle design challenges effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency in all design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technology advancements, and digital marketing strategies.
