JR20780 MEM System Program Manager

Do you strive in a multifaceted work environment? We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our external manufacturing team as a Program/ Project manager to drive corporate/ site transformational projects at our Micron Subcontractor sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Micron stakeholders ((E2Open(B2B), SAP Biz and IT Team, Subcontractor IT and Biz Team and MES Biz and IT Team)) and the subcon representatives for the smooth execution of transformational and strategic projects
• Create Project plan and measure performance to plan weekly.
• Work on integration of Micron systems with the external manufacturing sites.
• Proactively identify data quality risks and implement solutions.
• Fan out all Micron specs and requirements to the new Subcon; in case of any gaps or roadblocks, work with Micron and Subcon counterparts to resolve issues on a timely basis
• Coordinate internal resources and external Subcontractors to ensure flawless project execution
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Defining the scope and objectives of a project, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring its technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project administrator or Project Manager
• Solid technical knowledge, with understanding or hands-on experience on Project Management for IT or Biz functionality
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Basic knowledge in SAP and B2B(E2Open), programming, data visualization is an advantage.
• Degree/Postgraduate in IT or engineering
