Local lead of Medical Affairs and become the subject matter and scientific expert of Therapeutic Areas (TA). Ensure well distribution of medical data and messages which support the access of Mundipharma’s product to patients and meets the planned delivery of the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• To develop and maintain trust-based established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs):
• Engage in in-depth, expert scientific product or disease area discussions, mining of insights or presentations of detailed clinical data in a non-promotional, scientist to scientist context including response to unsolicited questions raised by HCPs regarding Mundipharma products
• Establish scientific and strategic partnerships with KOLs and health care practitioners (HCPs) on medical and scientific activities, including clinical trials and speaker development
• To work closely with commercial and marketing teams to implement global medical affairs strategies at local level, while at the same time proves relevant insights and input into local implementation
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to the development of CME program and other scientific programs, e,g, advisory board meeting.
• Provide scientific expertise to internal Mundipharma teams, including providing support in areas of disease management and clinical data training
• To support and work with Global PV team for the implementation of local PV processes and monitoring
  

Skills

And Qualifications

• Degree in medicine, life sciences or healthcare (i.e. pharmacy, nursing, etc) . MBBS, MD or PhD preferred.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business principles
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Prior MSL or Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills due to interaction with external and internal stakeholders
• Strong scientific communication and analytical skills, e.g. scientific presentation, research article analysis, etc
• Business acumen and capable to work cross-functionally, especially commercial team.
• Experience in Pain and Hemato-Oncology Therapeutic Area is a plus
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
