We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve.THE POSITIONFocusing on scientific communication on heart failure, myocardial infarction and diabetes for BI -related products & new indications.To act as a bridge of communication between clinical medicine and pharmaceutical industry to maximize the opportunities for company through provision of high-level non-promotional medical expertise and support for our external customers which will be of significant value to our customers and raise the level of their knowledge of our medicines in assigned region.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe (Senior) MSL-CV/DM will serve as a key clinical liaison to advanced practice health care providers (HCPs) and Primary Care physicians. The (Senior) MSL- CV/DM will be a key member of the CVDM Field Medical Affairs team, working in partnership with other Medical Science Liaisons and Field Physicians.
  • Medical scientific communication with external customer: Effective and scientific communication with physicians to provide the most wanted and updated scientific information of BI products and related therapeutic area including response to external enquiries through credible and clear non-promotional way; Highlight opportunities to aid customer issue resolution & problem solving; Develop and implement dissemination &publication plans directly supporting medical affairs strategic product plan and works with key customers; Develop and maintain good professional relationship with KOLs.
  • Effective internal communication: Deliver updated BI products and related therapeutic area information to regional marketing and sales force; Participate in the implementation of the local marketing strategy and offer strategic and tactical input to regional and local current practice
  • New products launch readiness support: Support the development, launch and commercialization of drug products in region through increase awareness to HCPs, scientific community, and internal staffs
  • Medical Affairs projects management: E.g., Phase IV studies, IIS, registry, EAP et al.
Requirements
  • MD, PhD, PharmD, Master Degree in Medical Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (pharmaceutical industry, ideally MSL)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational , team, written and verbal communication skills
  • Summarize the medical information and conduct medical input accurately; in-depth scientific knowledge of diabetes and cardiovascular is preferable
  • Strong presentation and education skills; ability to communicate clinical and non-clinical technical information effectively
  • Good medical project management skills to deliver on complex tasks within timeframe and milestones
  • Good knowledge of clinical study methodology, study design, data review and analysis, publication processes; familiar with the clinical trial and medical affairs process is preferred
