Job content

l 自動化設備開發: 根據規格要求來提供解決方案, 以模組化方式進行設計
Automation equipment design and development: Provide mechanical solution to meet spec, and design with modularization

l 機構細部設計, 拆圖, 以及BOM表管理
Detail mechanical design and labeling, BOM list management

l 專案進度管理, 加工件進度控管以及品質驗證, 標準件入料進度控管
Project management in mechanical parts, also verify fabricated parts quality

l 機構組裝以及精度驗證
Parts assembly and accuracy certification.

l 試機以及除錯
Commissioning and troubleshooting

l 文件撰寫: 包含機構設計分析以及驗證報告, 機台操作手冊, 維修保養/故障排除手順
Documentation: Mechanical analysis report as well as accuracy report, operational manual including maintenance and troubleshooting procedure.

l 既有設備升級與改造
Modify existing equipment to be more efficient.

l 熟悉機械設計工具軟體: Solidworks(優先) / Inventor 以及 AUTOCAD, 能夠整機設計包含細部設計以及拆圖
Proficient in SolidWorks (Primary) / Inventor and AUTOCAD software, can design mechanical into detail with labeling.

l 熟悉機械加工方法以及組裝技巧

l Familiar with machining and assembly

l 熟悉專案管理技巧

l Familiar with project management skill

l 溝通以及團隊合作
Communication and team work to deliver total solution

出差Travel

l 根據專案的需求在亞太區/歐洲進行短期出差, 出差頻率 <20%
Less than 20% of travel requirements across APAC and Europe

l 3年以上機械設計開發經驗
3+ years of working experience in mechanical design and development.

l 熟工業/協作機械人整合以及教點佳
1+ year of industrial/collaborative robot integration and teaching is a plus

l 3年以上專案管理經歷佳
3+ years project management experience is a plus
