What We Offer

Major tasks:

• Monitor and improve technical plant reliability and availability.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment. Ensure maintenance and engineering plans are in line with manufacturing and site strategy and regularly reviewed, in order to ensure maximum availability of the production facilities, on the short and the long term.
• Select, contract, steer, guide and evaluate external contractors for executing maintenance activities.
• Provide practical solutions/improvements for issues encountered in the field.
• Repair damages and defects to equipment according conditions and methods that have been agreed in the safe work permit or standard operating procedure.
• Technical and economical performance of the installation and equipment.
• Proactive generation of improvement ideas and implementation
• Establishment of priorities in medium repair in coordination with production. Execute orders or work of medium repair asked for by production.
  
  

What You Offer

Qualifications:

• Education:
• BS degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, or other technical related majors.
• Knowledge:
• Experience as Equipment Engineer
• At least 3 year in manufacturing-related positions.
• Broad knowledge of related manufacturing disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience of chemical related mechanical.
