WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• 每週能上班 3.5 工作天
• 具有對醫學/藥物知識 基本程度了解
• 具有對醫學文獻閱讀及搜尋能力
• 具有一定程度分析能力 (ex 熟悉excel vlookup/ 樞紐 等工具 )
• 在學生/實習/打工 經驗中具有能展現領導力,主動解決問題能力的 實際案例
• 在學生/實習/打工 經驗中具有願意承擔責任/當責的 實際案例
  

Optional criteria

• 具有 一定程度 影片編輯能力/ 文宣設計及美工能力
• 在學生/實習/打工 經驗中具有執行 marketing campaign/ social media campaign的 實際案例/作品
• 在學生/實習/打工 經驗中具有發揮創意力的 實際案例/作品
• 未來對於在藥業發展具有高度熱忱
  

What You Will Do

• 學習並協助對於藥廠產業 omnichannel marketing 的規劃和參與執行
• 學習並協助對於醫學/藥品專業文宣物的設計和製作
• 學習並參與利用敏捷組織 (agile squad team) 的架構做專案的規劃和執行
• 和具有活力/熱情/多樣性的團隊一起合作, 並從中獲得經驗傳承和分享 (團隊規模約 10人)
• 在擔任 intern 期間表現優秀獲得肯定者，過去皆有成功案例於畢業後能夠留任於公司，或是增加在尋找外部工作機會上成功的可能性。
