Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
• Plans and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and PR campaigns.
• Designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence.
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Respond to communication-related issues promptly.
• Conduct research on customers, competitors, and industry and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
• Understand business objectives to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
• Support the production of marketing material and content.

Experience Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
• 2 years working experience in telecommunications, networking or related industry.
• Must be able to provide samples previous works that showcases capabilities for taking on the key responsibilities for this role.

Requirement Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
• Have a proven track record in driving communications campaigns.
• Have excellent content creation skills (writing, photo, and video) and storytelling capabilities
• Have excellent project management skills
• Be able to create visually compelling content using photo and video editing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Be a high performing, mature and independent self-starter
• Be able to work well in a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and similar programs.
