Introduction to the job

• This position will interface with various departments including horizontally with LF Productions, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics, Finance, Project Leads, Central Planning and Supply Chain, also vertically across layers from management team to operational levels, by influencing without position power.
• Be able to prioritize, integrate and communicate for comprehensive solutions.
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Operating performance analysis with business insight for high level management review, including identifying potential bottlenecks throughout the in-depth understanding of ASML manufacturing processes, and propose solutions to support leaders and managers on decision making and to enable a streamlined flow to achieve efficiency roadmap targets and sustainable growth.
• Conduct hands-on CRP (Capacity Resource Planning) and manufacturing data analyses from complex datasets, including Cycle Time, Labor Hour, Space and Cost.
• Facilitate and consolidate TAP (Targeted Annual Plan) and DGM (Decision Gate Meeting) for management and business reviews.
• Performance management in annual KPI planning, regular performance monitoring
• Introduce BI&A (Business Intelligence & Analytics) systems and tools.
• Lead continuous improvement and kaizen projects through lean methodologies.
  

Education And Experience

• Master or above with major in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering related fields or Business Administration
• 10+ years in industrial engineering, strategic planning or business intelligence related fields
• 5+ years of experience as people and stakeholder management
• Experience in strategic planning, Hoshin Kanri deployment (X-Matrix, KPI planning, A3) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning)
• Certification of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is preferred.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Electronics industry is a plus.
  

Skills

• Keen financial and business acumen for cost analysis
• Familiarity with ERP framework and SAP operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-details skills
• Skillful communications & fluent presentation in English
• Sophisticated in working with global teams on highly impactful projects in multi-cultural working environment
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in MS Power BI, VBA and SQL/database knowledge is a plus
