Responsibilities

• Coordinates with mechanical design and process sites to ensure the manufacturing process
• Define and verify the processes for design requirement and operational requirement
• Drive suppliers to resolve the process issues on time
• Continue to find the process limitation or development new processes to fulfill our excellent
  

products

• Regularly make suppliers process assessment to make the stable development and continue
  

improve the supplier pool

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years working experience in network communication or consumer electronics
  

products

• DFM/DOE/FACA capability for mechanics parts and ability to learn and apply new processes
  

in our products

• Strong and ambitious personality with good communication skills
• International travel to supplier sites
• Fluent English
