In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs, driving successful marketing initiatives with our channel partners, and optimizing marketing investments. As the Manager, Partner Marketing Programs, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships, maximizing ROI, and driving business growth.Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive MDF programs and strategies to drive partner engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDF initiatives with business objectives and partner requirements.
- Establish and manage relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for MDF-related queries and support.
- Manage the end-to-end process of MDF programs, including budget allocation, fund distribution, program execution, and performance tracking.
- Provide guidance and support to partners in developing effective marketing plans and strategies utilizing MDF funds.
- Monitor and track partner marketing activities to ensure compliance with program guidelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, PC Gaming events, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant administration of MDF programs.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing MDF programs, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- In-depth understanding of channel marketing, partner programs, and marketing fund management.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and optimizing marketing investments.
- Experience in analyzing program effectiveness, ROI, and market trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to align MDF programs with overall business objectives and channel partner needs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders.
