Job Responsibility

• Routine Preventive Maintenance execution.
• Resolve equipment failure cases and perform root cause investigations.
• Improve equipment reliability and sustain equipment capability.
• Improve equipment software and hardware by production requirements.
• Evaluate equipment potential risks and come out with contingency plans.
• Develop documents and standardize maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide engineering support to another engineering team, another production team, and other improvement teams.
• Learn skills of Six Sigma, lean production, and SPC to support production troubleshooting.
• Compliance with safety and Dupont core values on daily work.
  

Qualifications

• Well attitude and good team player.
• Electrical, Auto Control, Electronic, and Mech.-Elec. relative Bachelor’s degree.
• PLC/HMI/LabView skill.
• Documentation, Computer, and Presentation skills.
• Middle-level English skills.
• Take holiday shifts (about once every two months) and night shifts (about once a year).
