Key responsibilities

• Production planning for converting and tissue machine. Working closely with operation/warehouse/central planning to ensure a high service level with low inventory and machine grade changes.
• Material planning based on updated production schedule and company strategy, working closely with vendors/procurement/ warehouse to make sure a healthy inventory level to fulfill production needs.
• Material management including stocktaking, goods receiving, and all relevant processes.
• Identify opportunities and drive cost/process improvement projects to further enhance SC competitiveness.
• Lead or support the deployment of global/regional supply chain transformation initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.
• Min 2 years’ hands-on experience in production planning.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)
• Excellent attitude of teamwork and collaboration; can also work independently
• Passionate in pursuing long term career goals in supply chain functions in the consumer industry
• Familiar with SAP and Excel
