  • Draft, review, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements or legal documents
  • Study and monitor corporate relevant regulations or laws; Provide legal and compliance related training
  • Handle and analyze legal related issues or disputes and provide solution
  • Support patent licensing matter and coordinate with firms

  • At least 5 full years of legal experience in technology and commercial transactions; Taiwan or U.S. Bar a plus
  • Strong team player and good business sense
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
