Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive legal advice and support on various legal issues related to M&A, investments, and general corporate activities. Analyze complex legal matters, assess risks, and propose effective solutions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead or assist in managing and executing M&A deals and investment transactions. This includes conducting due diligence, preparing and reviewing contracts, and negotiating terms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and safeguard the interests of the company.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support the organization’s activities and stay informed about emerging legal trends that could impact the business.

    • Qualifications

  • Good English proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in providing legal counsel, preferably in a reputable law firm or an established corporate environment with solid understanding of corporate law, M&A regulations, investment laws, and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • A persuasive communicator, with effective English and Mandarin capability, and the ability to effectively represent the company both internally, and with external counterparts.
  • High level of business ethics and strong business sense.
  • Meticulous, energetic, self-motivated and ability to multi-tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and foster a positive work environment.
