Job Description:

Basic qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. Taiwan or China
• At least 5 full years of legal experience as an attorney of a law firm or a company involving international technology and commercial transactions, preferably with experiences in Intellectual properties related matters
• Strong communication, analytical and computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred qualifications:

• Privacy related certificate or license, such as FIP, CIPP/CIPT, and/or CIPP/E, CIPP/US, is a plus
• Open minded, positive thinking and team work
