We are currently looking for a new member who is not only highly interested in Learning & Development but also a hand-on positive thinker who actively looks for opportunities for continuous improvement and self-development.

This role’s responsibilities are as follows:

Location：New Taipei City, Taiwan

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate and participate in designing, developing, coordinating and if any, delivering Learning and Development solutions including sourcing appropriate third-party vendors and effectiveness evaluations, within designated timelines and allotted resources.
  • To oversee and support processes and policies relating to Learning & Development to ensure relating stakeholders to be aligned and deliveries met targeted objectives/levels.
  • To manage operations and activities relating to Learning Management System.
  • To support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • To actively learn the latest knowledge and methodologies of Learning and Development and other relating domains.

    • To be a successful in this role, an ideal candidate must possess qualifications and personal traits as follows：

    Qualifications

  • More than 2-4 year HR experience with at least 2-year experience in Learning & Development.
  • Basic knowledge of Learning and Development including adult learning theory, training need analysis and effectiveness evaluations and talent development.
  • Hand-on experience on training management including not only on-site support but also pre- as well as after- training administrations and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, training or relating domains.
