  • Lead the HR learning & development function for the company, and play HR business operations partner of assigned Business Units, work directly with HR Director and with other HR core of excellence colleagues
  • Develop overall learning and development strategies and budgets
  • Provide coaching and constructive training courses to employees
  • Design talent development programs to cultivate talents
  • Coordinate training activities and maintain record per training plan
  • Play the Team Leader of learning & development function and the mentor of Employee Relations function
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of progressive work experience in Learning and Development
  • Great business acumen and people sensitivity with strong stakeholder management, data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
