* Provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources Services in people/talent development areas.

* Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.

* Contribute to and implement talent programs and NEA projects.

Learning and Development

* Implement the regional/local learning & development programs.

* Coordinate the Training activity in partnership with the line management to respond to business requirements.

* Ensure that the training activity is proving to be efficient through lowering of turn-over, increase efficiency of manpower, strengthening of employee engagement and harmonized corporate culture sharing.

* Lead, coach and develop TD team to deliver quality HR services to support business.

* Identify and promote future HR professionals.

* BA & above in management with major in HR or equivalent diploma.

* 5 years’ experience in leading learning & development areas.

* Hands-on experience in leading talent development program.

* HD - Communication

* HD - Customer (Internal) focused
