Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their talent development needs and provide tailored training solutions to align with their business objectives and supports employee development, engagement, and retention.
  • Training Program Design: Addresses the developmental needs of the organization by identifying skills gaps and training requirements, aligning L&D activities with organizational strategy, drafting the L&D strategy, and ensuring budget to execute this strategy.
  • Actively partner with 3rd party, associates, government, university and others to establish credible learning and development resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team of training professionals to contribute to the overall success.
  • Recruit and conduct train the trainer (mentors, coaches and facilitators) workshops to deliver the training program to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.
  • Communicate and promote the training program and drive registration and participation on the owned e-learning platform (LMS).

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years learning-related professions.
  • Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business.
  • Project and program management experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills without direct authority for across organization collaboration and consensus.
  • Work effectively in a quick-changing, complex, ambiguous, multi-tasking workplace and matrixed organization.
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization.
  • Business fluency in English and Chinese.

Preferred:

  • Master or MBA degree in human resources development, training and development, or related field.
  • SaaS or EdTech experience.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience.
