工作說明

  • 零件資料庫建立與維護
  • 從事車用MCU, BMS, VCU與ADAS系統PCB Layout的佈局與規劃
  • 從事車用AI加速板卡 PCB layout的佈局與規劃
  • Gerber File製作發行及維護
  • 與PCB板廠聯繫, PCB專案資料建立
  • 協助硬體工程師建立BOM
  • 帶領PCB layout團隊

需求條件

  • 熟悉BGA, 4層板以上layout經驗
  • 具備主機板, 筆記型電腦, 顯示卡與高速系統layout經驗
  • 熟悉layout軟體操作與基礎儀器使用經驗
  • 具備專案導入量產經驗者尤佳

工作技能

  • 孰悉Altium或Cadence操作
  • 熟悉電腦硬體架構
  • 具有好的溝通能力與表達能力
