Job Description Summary:

Overview

The Power Solutions Group needs entry level computer draftsman interested in learning mask design for advanced analog and mixed-signal ICs. You will work as a team with layout designers and engineers, local and/or globally to complete full chip projects.

Responsibilities include all aspects of IC mask design from creating full chip floor plans, planning schedules, hookup, and verification to tape out. On the job training provided to develop your skills

We are looking for a layout engineer who is talented and can take challenge to join our Taiwan Design Center team for Mobility BU.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is mix signal layout design and LVS/DRC verification.
• Responsible for top or block level floor plan and lead to project tape-out and communicate with design team and chip lead to ensure high quality layout is done.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree
• 5yrs + in layout experience in mix signal and lead to full chip in PG.
• Must understand basic CMOS and processes, matching devices.
• Good functional reading and writing English communication. Oral English speaking is a plus.
• Familiar or experience with Cadence IC6 and Calibre verification tool is a plus.
