Job Description

• Lead Circuit Imaging daily laboratory arrangement including workforce management, experiments coordination, facility maintenance schedule etc.
• Execute laboratory environment 5S+1 by following DuPont SHE rules
• Develop methodology to accelerate new product development and strengthen lab capability.
• Prepare laboratory operation and safety documents.
• Lead new fabrication equipment evaluation, procurement, and installation
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Major in Chemistry, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate is ok, but experiences in PCB fabrication process is required.
• Quick and willing to learn new skills, and have a positive attitude.
• Work diligently, and carefully with disciplines.
• Good communication skills; Team player.
