About Our Client

My client is a consumer electronics manufacturing company with strong performance especially in power field.

Job Description

• Manage and handle Taiwan engineering team including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Work closely with different functional teams to ensure product development and launch
• Design and execute strategies to meet goal and schedule for product development
• Make sure products meet certifications and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with factories to ensure product manufacturing
  

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of working experience in product development or product management in Power, IOT, IPC, or other electronics industries
• 10+ years of management experience
• Familiar with strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Familiar with manufacturing process and supply chain management
• Strong communication skill
• Fluent in English and Chinese
