Job Description

• Target and disciplinary leadership of an international team located in Taiwan, Japan, S. Korea, Australia and New Zealand focused on the Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) channel.
• Overall responsibility for all AP regional technical customer support and service activities (Service partners and IBD's). Manage and lead Service Partner managers in AP region.
• Development of new service strategies and technical training courses for IBD's in AP region in order to maintain and increase the leading global position of Bosch eBike systems in AP region.
• Responsible for business planning, budget planning & tracking, target deployment, performance management, and competence build-up of an international team in the bicycle industry.
  

Qualifications

Essential

Qualification

• Education: bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering (mechanical or equivalent)
• Experienced manager, team leader with 5+ years’ experience or equal job experience in bike industry or related or adjacent industry e.g. sporting goods, camping, adventure goods.
• Bike industry, specifically in international markets or bike distribution channels.
  

Sports industry or related wholesale, importer, or distribution knowledge.

Team leadership. Has had leading role in team org management and international working experience.

• Good in communication, conflict management and problem solving skills
• Result and process oriented approach
• Systematic and analytical thinking
• Advance level of English both written and oral
• Advance level of using Excel and PowerPoint
  

Desirable

Qualification

• Masters in business or supply chain management.
• Equivalent working experience in service provider +5 years
• Experience in service partner or after sales service management – 5+ years
• eBike industry or eBike mechanical/technical knowledge.
• International working experience outside Taiwan or China e.g. Japan, Australia, etc…
