Role of Transport Manager (Operation/ CTT & Net Optimization):

Transport (Operation) Manager takes operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient

operation to help achieve transport operational standard and customer requirements. This role will lead operation & CTT/Net Optimization Teams. The operation team members are responsible for transport operations of ASML, AMAT, LAM, KLA and other 37 accounts, and solve related operational issues with vendors There should also be a regular vendor review done to ensure that pricing and performance are being constantly evaluated to meet expectation. This also include the management of Connected Track and Trace Tower (CTT) with Transport Network Optimization in scope. Transport (Operation) Manager is expected to support these 2 teams to deliver result following the standard/regulations as well as meeting customer’s expectation with consistently improvement mindset and actions.

Key responsibilities of Transport Manager (Operation/ CTT & Net Optimization):

Strategy & Leadership:

•Support the running of a safe and efficient operation

•Ensure that the teams work within clear guidelines to help achieve defined transport operation standard and performance

•Review and approve the Standard Operational Procedures (inclusive of Sub Contractors)

•Execute the performance tracking and Innovation execution

•Support for planning and implementing ops strategies to meet service quality and cost targets

Operation Delivery & Customer Service:

•Ensure transport service quality can be maintained to reach standard

•Improve service process consistently inline with Transport OMS framework

•Manage effective security aspects as defined by Network Security standards

•Manage vendor operational challenges with a continuous improvement mindset

CTT and Net Optimization:

•Develop strategies of Connected Track and Trace tower for visibility and administration and bring them into reality achieving the targeted outcome of control and savings

Stakeholder Management:

• •Work closely with warehouse site owners and RO Transport to synergize transportation and warehouse service to deliver a positive outcome

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Solid experiences in managing transportation operations
• Proficiency in business English
