Role Overview

Job Description

Fortinet is looking for a Traffic/Shipping Coordinator to improve shipment management in Taoyuan warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Daily shipment management.
• Customs issues follow-up (e.g. import & export Customs declaration collect & reporting).
• Communicate with worldwide customers about the shipment delivery, customer complaints, and special request.
• Coordinate with production team, supply team, and 3 rd party logistic center.
• Support daily shipment fulfillment during quarter end/month end.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with import/export is a beneficial.
• Experience in Oracle platform is a plus.
• Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
• Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
• Able to work under fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Fluent in Japanese, JLPT N2 is preferred.
