  • Develop and grow Pernod-Ricard’s Commercial business across all categories, monitor trade A&P in assigned accounts and product categories, developing, and reviewing category/ channel strategies and plans that will help Pernod-Ricard and strategic customers / channels achieve category objectives ​
  • • Establish and prioritize business objectives that align the company vision with opportunities and protect it from unwarranted risks.
  • • Develop trade scheme that is in line with business priority and effectively stimulate listing and off take
  • • Manage trade A&D A&P/optimize investment and responsible for channel annual profitability target
  • • Develop sales team cycle planner on a monthly / quarterly basis as a guidance of field sales execution, including of trade activation/ communication/ visibility.
  • • Ensure trade excellent execution to be in line with strategy and aligned plan
  • • Collect competition intelligence and provide insightful response actions
  • • Monitoring PRT products market actual selling price island wide. Take actions to ensure PRT product price stability. Generate monthly report against competitors
  • • Work with channel managers on sales forecast and accurate target deliver
  • A&D/ A&P investment post evaluation analysis
